*If interested in a lecture spot ONLY, there is a $25 non refundable fee if request is recieved 15 days before the fair. There will be a non refundable fee of $35 per lecture spot if we receive your request less then 15 days before the fair. Advertising and promotion are the speakers responsibilty.
 
Booth fee is due with application, (we fill up fast ,so book early) *Booths are first come first serve.*
Late fee(Booth fee paid less then 15 days before the event)-$15, in addition to booth fee.

Booth holding fee(If you have a particular spot you want your booth in)-$25 each, in addition to booth fee.

Booth Sharing Fee-$25 per extra business, in addition to booth fee.

The Booth cost does not include table and chairs, you must provide your own tables & chairs. The booth size is 6foot by 3 foot.

*Table and Chairs are available for Rental at $25 per piece, any damage to furniture will incur a $100 replacement fee.(We dont have alot to go around & we hate Broken stuff, so please bring your own), in addition to booth fee.
 
*Private Rooms are available, Room cost is between $125 & $195 Depending on the size of the room.*

We take Cash/Money order, Paypal(There is a 5% paypal fee), Credit Card (over the phone) or check. You can also pay on our website (under the page of vendor opportunities)

PLEASE READ Thoroughly:
Rules of the Fair Set-Up-
*Please be respectful and polite to your fellow vendors, customers, Shop personal and The shop itself. We do not tolerate ill mannered behavior, If you are found to have violated this rule you will be asked to leave without a refund.

*ONLY use the Mall bathrooms, The Shop does not Have a public restroom.

*No One is allowed in the back stockroom of the shop, If you are found in the stock room unattended by Shop personell(Alicia, Nicole, Antoinette), you will be asked to leave the fair without refund. Unless a medical exemption is requested of and approved by Alicia.
 
*We have a ZERO Tolerance policy on Illegal substances at Des Moines New Age Shop and Events. If you are found to have violated this policy, you will be asked to leave without a refund and will be banned from our events in the future.

*Quick note: Many of our Customers are extremely allergic to Marijuana, including 3 of our main Helpers. Even if you have a prescription, Please make sure not to expose our customers and our Helpers to it.
 
Booth Fee DOES NOT INCLUDE table, system of cash/credit card taking  or chairs, you must provide your own.
 
SET UP HOURS-
Friday 5 pm to 7 pm
Saturday 9am to 10:30am
 
*We ask that all vendors be set up by 10:30am on the day of the fair, late set up (barring prearrangement with Alicia or Medical/Family emergency)will incure a $50 fee.in addition to booth fee.

*Teardown is at 5pm on Sunday, no earlier. Early teardown will incure a $65 early teardown fee(barring prearrangement with Alicia or Medical emergency).in addition to booth fee.
 
*All Trash removal & Booth space clean up is the sole responsibilty of you the vendor, if trash or mess is left in your space at the end of the fair-you are to clean it up & dispose of it in the Mall garbage cans outside of Des Moines New Age Shop. Trash removal/Clean up by Des Moines New Age Shop & Community Center personnell incures a $100 fee in addition to booth fee.

*If you're a Vendor, Reader, Business taking part in this show, you need to promote the show through your personal and Business social pages. Invite friends, family, co-workers, clients, etc.
Share the event page, flyers, and posters on all your social media outlets. Remember it is your show. The more people you tell, the better chance of a successful show!
