*Some people have asked me WHY I put on these events and fairs…..and while chatting with a new vendor the words to convey what I carry in my heart finally came out-
The mini monthly fairs are designed to connect local heart-based/soul driven/passion fueled small businesses with clientele that respect and value them and connect good clientele with wonderful businesses that they and their friends&family can patronize for years to come.
Actually, thats the aim of the larger fairs as well….just on a national scale vs local.
My goal is to help promote businesses that are run by good hearted conscientious people who are pushing for their dreams and willing to put in the work for it while staying in integrity.
Iv been doin this for 20+ yrs now, and I have an opportunity to help give some opportunites to other businesses who are pouring their heart and soul into their work.
I aim to connect good people with fellow good people!
*We are also some of the first to extend our hands in friendship to all of the existing AND new Metaphysical community businesses and groups 🙂 We live by our motto of COMMUNITY-NETWORK-CONNECTION and we LOVE IT!!!

Mini Monthly Psychic Fairs: No Admission for patrons Rules & Dates: *Booth cost is $45, Private reading rooms available for $95 to $135 depending on the size of the room *If the application is received less then 20 days before the event there will be a $20 late fee. * If interested in a lecture spot ONLY, there is a $25 non-refundable fee. If received less then 20 days from the fair it is $35 per spot. Advertising and promotion are the speaker’s responsibility. *Bring your own Table, Chairs, a method of taking credit cards, and cash change. * If you need a table or chairs, there is a $65 per item rental fee. Of any items are returned to us damaged , there is a $100 replacement fee. *We advertise the fairs, you will need to advertise the fair that you are participating in as well- so as we can all have the best fair possible! *We open for set up the day of the fairs at 8:30am *Your booth needs to set up by 10:30am on the day of the fair, late set up will incur a $50 fee.
*Teardown is at 7pm, no earlier, early teardown will incur a $50 early teardown fee.
*Shared booth fee is $10 extra per business/person.
*All Trash removal is the sole responsibility of the vendor if trash is left in your space at the end of the fair-you are to dispose of it in the dumpster outside. Trash removal by Des Moines New Age Shop & Community Center personnel incures a $50 fee.

The Des Moines New Age & Psychic Fairs: -$5 per day Admission for patrons- Rules & Dates: *Booth Cost $175, Table & 2 chairs included -we offer various early bird specials , inquire early for access to specials. *Booth Size: 10′ X 10′
*If the application is received less then 2 months before the event there will be a $25 late fee.
*Bring your own Method of taking credit cards & cash change. *We advertise the fairs, you will need to advertise the fair that you are participating in as well- so as we can all have the best fair possible! *We open for Booth set up the day before (3pm to 9pm) & of the fair (7:30am) *Your booth needs to set up by 9:30am on the day of the fair, late set up will incur a $50 fee.
